Our priority is to work with you to clearly understand and name what you’re experiencing, while identifying your goals. We bring training and experience in therapy, but you are the expert on your own life. Therapy requires your willingness to be honest, courageous, and vulnerable. In return, our practice provides a safe, supportive space for curiosity and growth. Together, we’ll work toward where you want to be by exploring your present and past experiences, recognizing your strengths and challenges, and building practical skills and a stronger sense of self.
